Device Repair, Computing & Technical Support
Our trusted partner, Gadget Repair Pro, provides authorized warranty repair on Apple computers, regardless of where the device was purchased. They also repair PC laptops and desktops. Simply Schedule Appointment with our Smart Desk at The Cornell Store, we’ll evaluate your device and coordinate the repair service.
Campus Computing Support (Apps, Services & Software)
Campus computing includes: Avaya, Box, Canvas, Cornell email, Microsoft Teams, NetID, Office365, OneDrive, PeopleSoft, RingCentral, Qualtrics, Turnitin, Two-Step login (Duo), VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity (Eduroam, etc.), Workday, Zoom and many other centrally-supported services. Support for campus apps, services and software is provided by the IT Service Desk: it.cornell.edu/support/
Device Trade-In Options
The Cornell Store offers two options for device trade in. Please use the link that corresponds to your preferred payment method.
Option 1: Sell your technology to The Cornell Store for a store gift card or credit toward the purchase of a new device: https://cornellstore.poweron.com/
Follow the link to complete the device evaluation. Print the quote and bring your device to The Cornell Store (Main Campus 135 Ho Plaza) to complete the process. We will verify the model and condition of your device and issue a store credit to be used toward a new purchase.
Option 2: Sell your technology to our trade-in partner PowerON for payment mailed to you on a virtual Visa® Reward Card: https://cornelltrade.poweron.com/
Follow the link to complete the device evaluation. Print your quote and take your device to a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. FedEx will provide the box, package securely, and ship your device for free.
