The Cornell Store’s Tech Connect partners with The Computing Center to provide secure, expert service and support for your repair needs. The Computing Center, located in Ithaca, New York, has over thirty-three years of experience in the computer industry.


They are an authorized warranty repair center for:

  • Hewlett Packard (HP) Servers, Computers, Laptops, and Printers
  • Xerox Printers


They can repair virtually any out-of-warranty equipment. In addition, they provide disk drive data recovery.

Bring your equipment to The Computing Center, located at 15 Thornwood Drive in the Cornell Business & Technology Park (near the Tompkins Regional Airport).


Support for Campus Computing


Cornell Information Technologies (CIT) manages the campus network and computer services for students, faculty, and staff. The IT Service Desk can assist with questions or problems regarding Wi-Fi connectivity (eduroam, etc.), or any other centrally-supported services.

1 Manufacturer's warranties do not cover problems related to software or configuration and do not cover backup or restoration of data or applications.


2 All non-warranty computer repairs will be charged a minimum diagnostic fee. This diagnostic fee will be applied to the final cost of repair.


3 Dell and Lenovo models not purchased from The Technology Connection may come with a depot or mail-in warranty. These computers cannot be serviced at Cornell.
