Cornell Style Chicken BBQ Set

No summer Bar-B-Que can be complete without Salamida Cornell Style Chicken BBQ Sauce. The basting marinade is a delicious combination of poultry seasonings, pasteurized whole egg, apple cider vinegar, and vegetable oil. This set is specially developed for the Cornell Store by Alumni Rob Salamida. 

This custom set contains:

• 2- 32oz Salamida State Fair Cornell Style Chicken Bar-B-Que Sauce
• 1- 4oz Salamida Cajun Pinch 
• 1- 4oz Salamida Italian

Sauce maker Rob Salamida first met Cornell's Dr. Robert Baker at the NY State Fair in the mid 1970's. Both were food vendors and shared a common status as flavored meat sauce pioneers. The famed Bakers Chicken Coop is still a landmark of the Fair and serves hundreds of thousands of people every year. 

Today, Rob Salamida and his family (Claire Salamida '09 and Andrew Salamida '15 MSP '16) work together to bring their all natural, gluten free products to chefs and retailers across the county.

Ingredients:

Chicken BBQ Sauce - Gluten-free, Sugar-free, All Natural, No Preservatives. Ingredients: Vinegar (Apple Cider, Distilled), Soybean Oil, Pasteurized Whole Egg, Salt, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Spices, Natural Flavor. 

Cajun Pinch - Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Vegan. Ingredients: Salt, Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Spices, Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate (less than 2%), Silicon Dioxide (Prevents Caking)
