Certification Training Manual for Commercial Pesticide Applicators and Technicians (NY Category 4). This training manual prepares commercial pesticide applicators and technicians who are seeking certification to use and/or (in the case of applicators) supervise the use of pesticides on seeds intended for planting on property not owned or leased by the applicator. This includes seed treaters who apply pesticides to seeds of other individuals and seed plant operators treating seeds before or after sale.
