Hand-crafted in small batches, Cornell Big Red Cheddar is a Cornellian through and through. Starting with fresh milk from Cornell's own dairy farm and aged to perfection for six months at the Cornell Dairy, this all-natural, white cheddar is perfect with crackers, fruit, on sandwiches, or just by itself! Cornell Big Red Cheddar is available in two pound wheels. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Cornell Big Red Cheddar go toward supporting Cornell's Food Science program.
