This new, regional publication contains a wealth of management information for common insect, disease, and weed pests affecting floral crops grown in greenhouses, nurseries, or landscapes in New York and New England. It also provides information on growth regulator use in ornamentals, using pesticides effectively and safely, as well as basic integrated pest management (IPM) principles. Contact information for university experts, state pesticide regulatory agencies, and diagnostic and testing services is also included. The Guide is designed to be used by greenhouse and nursery growers, landscape maintenance staff, consultants, and others who grow or maintain ornamentals.
